Individual Accountabilities Drive sales, close deals – take actions for all sales related topics in sales area Manage and grow customer platform – enhance market penetration, exploit customer potential and systematically increase share‑of‑wallet Foster Omnichannel sales steering – actively distribute contacts to alternative channels Focus on high potential customers for individual visits prepare, plan and post work of customer visit s Promote and focus on application based selling Position Berner as premium brand, leader in chemicals and reliable business consultant Handle objections/delivery/quality claims, negotiate t&c, actively manage margin Ensure data quality in the systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.) adhere to tour plan/ contact scheme Analyze and influence all sales area related kpis – first and foremost
